Beginner’s classes for adults:
Would you like a free trial? Visit us any weekday night and see what karate entails.
All you need is loose fitting clothing and an hour of your time.
Karate will give you confidence, improve your balance and co-ordination whilst the discipline will give you a new focus on life and open up diverse life skills for you. Drop in at one of our daily training sessions to give you further insight in what karate is about.
Women are especially encouraged to take up karate, the empowerment will liberate you.
Age is no criteria at our dojo (club) the youngest student is 4 years old whilst the oldest student is 76 (a brown belt)!
